В Таежнинской библиотеке прошла товарищеская встреча по шахматам на призы и.о. главы Таежнинского сельсовета В. В. Каверзиной. Соревнования проходили по круговой системе с контролем времени 25 минут на партию каждому участнику. В результате четырехчасовых бескомпромиссных мирных сражений первое место занял Сергей Симоненко, второе – Николай Васияров, третье за представителем хозяев турнира – Алексеем Рыжковым. Достойную игру также показали Александр Поливода и Владимир Ребенок из Таежного.
Комфортные условия для проведения турнира были созданы стараниями библиотекаря Л. В. Шаршавиной и инструктора КСК А. В. Бурлака. Жаль, что на приглашение поучаствовать в этих соревнованиях не откликнулись любители шахмат из других поселков.
В настоящее время в районе наблюдается некоторый спад интереса к шахматам. Если детские шахматы переживают настоящий бум, то этого не скажешь о взрослых. В любом турнире бросается в глаза возрастной состав участников – любители шахмат в основном солидного возраста. Отсутствие шахматистов средних лет лишает нас возможности передачи опыта подрастающему поколению, что в будущем может негативно отразиться на развитии шахмат в Богучанском районе и отрицательно сказаться на результатах наших спортсменов в ходе краевых соревнований.
В настоящее время по итогам краевого турнира этого года в районе обладателями наивысшего рейтинга по шахматам, высчитанного компьютером, являются (в порядке убывания) Николай Васияров, Евгений Ушаков, Александр Поливода, Владимир Ребенок, Сергей Симоненко.
Призываю всех любителей шахмат района повышать и совершенствовать свое мастерство, активно заниматься и по возможности, чаще участвовать в районных турнирах.
